As we reported earlier, after the LONDON Ethereum network upgrade, we have continuously monitored the Ethereum network stability until determined as safe to return to normal operations.
Network stability has been reestablished and problems related to gas cost estimations for Ethereum based transactions have been solved. Therefore, we have enabled ETH and ERC-20 token deposits and withdrawals services once again.

After the LONDON Ethereum network upgrades, we identified a problem with our deposit and withdrawal services, which has caused problems to estimate gas cost for Ethereuem based operations.
As we continue to work on solving this situation, ETH and ERC-20 tokens continue to be temporarily disable. You may be experiencing a delay if you tried to send funds earlier today.

The Ethereum LONDON upgrade has been successfully deployed at the block height of 12,965,000. The upgrade took place approximately at 12:33 (UTC).
We will continue to monitor network stability. ETH and ERC-20 token deposits and withdrawals will remain temporarily disabled until it is safe to return to normal operations.

The Ethereum network is scheduled to undergo the Ethereum LONDON upgrade at the block height of 12,965,000. This will occur approximately on 2021-08-05 11:55 (UTC).
We want to ensure that all your transactions are processed correctly and your funds remain secure, we will be temporarily halting ETH and ER-C20 token deposits and withdrawals as part of a maintenance window until it is safe to return to normal operations. We will be monitoring the chain behavior until it stabilizes.
