Core Authentication Server Scheduled Maintenance Apr 16, 2026 03:00-05:55 UTC

On April 16th, 2026, from 03:00 to 05:55 UTC, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our core authentication server to improve system stability and performance.

While our core systems will remain active, users accessing Bitso via Web and the Mobile App will experience temporary service interruptions.

During this 2-hour and 55-minute window, the following functions will be temporarily unavailable on Bitso Web and the Bitso Wallet App (iOS & Android):
Logins & Logouts: users will be unable to start or end sessions.
Token refresh: active web/app sessions may expire and will not automatically renew.
Step-up authentication: any action requiring secondary verification (2FA) will be paused.
Identity verification: self-service credential resets and liveness checks will be offline.

Your balance and assets remain completely safe and unaffected.

Since logins will be disabled, users will be unable to initiate manual withdrawals via the interface during this window so we suggest to plan urgent transfers accordingly. Incoming transfers will continue to be processed and credited normally.

*Important note for API users: API operations, including automated deposits, withdrawals, trading will not be affected by this maintenance.
