Delays with some MXN withdrawals
Update - We continue to experience significant delays with MXN withdrawals via SPEI. Withdrawals are still processing, but affected transfers are taking longer than usual to complete. Banxico is investigating delays in transfer confirmations, with similar delays reported by other financial institutions. We are coordinating with Banxico and our payment processing partner while monitoring pending withdrawals. We do not yet have an estimated time for normal processing to resume.

The migration of Brazilian customer balances to Mercado Bitcoin (MB) is complete for the vast majority of customers.

If you opted in, or didn’t opt out:
If you received an email confirming your transfer, you’re all set. Your balance is available in your MB account.
If you haven’t received that email, your transfer is still pending. We expect to complete most pending transfers by end of day Tuesday, October 13 (BRT), and we’ll post an update on this page by then. Your funds are safe and accounted for, and we’ll email you as soon as your transfer is done.


If you opted out: nothing was migrated. You have until October 30, 2026 to withdraw your funds. After that, contact our Support team to redeem them.
