La infraestructura de comunicación entre nosotros y nuestro proveedor del Sistema de Pagos Interbancarios (SPEI) entrará en mantenimiento el 18 de noviembre de 2021 a las 23:45 hrs hora del Centro de México. Los retiros y fondeos vía SPEI estarán deshabilitados durante el mantenimiento, el cual tendrá una duración máxima de 45 minutos. Te informaremos a través de este medio una vez el servicio se restablezca.
Los depósitos hechos durante este tiempo se acreditarán al terminar el mantenimiento.

The communication infrastructure between Bitso and our provider of the Interbank Payments System (SPEI) will go under maintenance on November 18th, 2021 at 23:45, Mexico City time. Withdrawals and deposits via SPEI will be disabled during the maintenance, which will have a maximum duration of 45 minutes. We will inform you through this channel once the service is reestablished.
