We’re aware of an issue affecting Bitcoin withdrawals over the Lightning Network. We’ve temporarily disabled Lightning withdrawals while we work with our provider on a fix.
Your funds are safe. On-chain Bitcoin withdrawals and all other services are working normally. If a recent Lightning withdrawal of yours failed, the funds will be returned to your Bitso balance.
We’ll post an update as soon as Lightning withdrawals are back. We apologize for the inconvenience.
