La infraestructura de comunicación entre nosotros y nuestro proveedor del Sistema de Pagos Interbancarios (SPEI) entrará en mantenimiento el 01 de noviembre de 2021 a las 23:50 hrs hora del Centro de México. Los retiros y fondeos vía SPEI estarán deshabilitados durante el mantenimiento, el cual tendrá una duración máxima de una hora. Te informaremos a través de este medio una vez el servicio se restablezca.
Los depósitos hechos durante este tiempo se acreditarán al terminar el mantenimiento.

The communication infrastructure between Bitso and our provider of the Interbank Payments System (SPEI) will go under maintenance on November 1st, 2021 at 23:50, Mexico City time. Withdrawals and deposits via SPEI will be disabled during the maintenance, which will have a maximum duration of one hour. We will inform you through this channel once the service is reestablished.
Deposits will be credited once the maintenance is finished.
